Bad Acne? Try Clear Therapy!

I’m 16, and I’ve had a problem with acne on and off since I turned 13. For the past three years I mostly tried to make do by washing my face with soap a couple times a day. That usually left my face looking red and kind of puffy. And it didn’t really do much to get rid of the acne. A few times I went to a drugstore and picked up an acne product that made big claims. Nothing seemed to really help, so I’d just avoid going out with friends during an outbreak because I felt embarrassed about having pimples.

But when my sister was going to get married and asked me to be one of her bridesmaids, I started worrying about what would happen if my acne broke out just before the wedding. Can you imagine? Maybe it’s because I was worrying so much, but suddenly I saw a patch on my cheek starting to break out.

I decided then that I had to find a decent cure for my acne. I searched the internet for treatments, and I have to say, there were quite a few out there. But one of them really caught my eye: Clear Therapy. Their treatment system made sense, and it seemed to work for other teenagers who were going through the same thing as me.

Clear Therapy turned out to not only work beautifully, but it was so simple to use. It’s kind of a two-step method – but the steps are fast and you only need to do it once in the morning and once at night. I guess you can do it more if you need to. Anyway, first I used the cleanser. I added just a little water, like the instructions said, then massaged it into the area where my acne had broken out. I was surprised how soothing it felt. This is supposed to remove dead skin but not upset the good skin, which is what I was doing by washing with soap and a washcloth. It’s gross to think about, but our skin is constantly being replaced by new skin, and sometimes the old stuff clogs the pores on our faces. And even though acne is caused by bacteria, the dead skin can add to the problem.

After I rinsed the cleanser off, I applied the acne treatment lotion and moisturizer. I was impressed by the ingredients, so many natural things, like aloe and chamomile. It also contained a moisturizer I’d never heard of, hyaluronic acid, but I discovered that it’s among the best moisturizers available for acne treatment. The heart of the treatment, though, is benzoyl peroxide. That’s what actually kills most of the bacteria.

I’m happy to say that Clear Therapy stopped the acne outbreak in its tracks, just as it has when I’ve used it since then.

I was thrilled that I didn’t have any acne during my sister’s wedding, and the only thing anyone noticed on my face was the big smile I had for her.

RevitaClear Acne Treatment Review

RevitaClear Review

I guess it’s time to update you on my search for the best acne treatment. I have good news, and I have bad news.

Let’s start with the good news. RevitaClear works. Without a doubt, it’s the most effective acne treatment I’ve tried to date. The product contains benzoyl peroxide which must be the reason it’s so effective. I’m not even kidding when I say I could feel and see a difference within just a few days. It really was like a miracle acne treatment.

Now for the bad news. I got RevitaClear from a friend of mind in Europe. He told me it’s the best acne treatment out there, and after trying it, I believe him. The problem is they don’t sell it here in the U.S. yet. I’ve heard rumors that they’re going to start selling it over here soon, but who knows if that’s the case. I want more RevitaClear now!

I have to say, after my bad experiences with Clearasil and ProActiv, I was so stoked to try out RevitaClear. It exceeded my wildest expectations. If I was able to buy this on a regular basis, I might never have acne again. It’s just such a bummer that they aren’t selling it over here yet.

I guess that means I’m going to have to find a temporary product to fill the gap until they start selling RevitaClear in the States. I can tell you right now it’s going to be nearly impossible to find one as good as this. Simply put, RevitaClear is the best acne treatment out there. Bar none.

Have any of you guys tried RevitaClear yet? If you have any friends over in Europe, you should get them to send you a sample. It’s well worth the cost of shipping.

Best Acne Review: Proactive

Thinking about Ordering Proactiv

If you read my last post, you know the troubles I’m having with acne. I already gave Clearasil a shot, but it just irritated my skin, making things worse. Well, now I’m thinking about giving Proactiv a try. There’s so much buzz for this product generated by Jessica Simpson and other celebrities. I think I’ve even seen their ads on MySpace and Facebook. It seems like it might be one of the best acne medications.

So, I decided to dig a little deeper to learn more about Proactiv. After all, I don’t want to make the same mistake I did with Clearasil. I’m only 15, so I don’t have my own money. And I know my parents don’t want to keep flushing money down the toilet on products that don’t work.
Now, I consider myself a pretty smart kid (I’m in several honors classes,) but the Proactiv website is just too much for me to handle. I went to their ordering page to see about buying the product, and I was just overwhelmed. There are way too many steps, and they ask for information that I just don’t know.

Let me explain. First, they want to know what skin type you are. It takes you through some silly quiz that’s supposed to determine which type of product might work best for you. Then, there are all these different packages you can buy. 5 piece deluxe system, 4 piece moisture, 4 piece oily, 3 piece Proactiv, and 3 piece 30 day. WTH? Too many options! I have no idea what the difference is between each package, and I don’t even know where to begin my order.

I also forgot they have a clear skin club you can join as well. I think you might be automatically enrolled in it when you order one of their products, but I don’t want to get stuck in some long-term subscription with a product that might not work.

I don’t know. Sorry for complaining, but all I want to find is the best acne medications at an affordable price.
